• Consents to the processing by the Site of the personal data provided as part of the information in order to conclude this Agreement between it and the Site, as well as its subsequent execution;
• Agrees with the terms of personal data processing.

When visiting the Site, all logins are recorded. Other information on the User's traffic by the Company is not processed or stored.

The user gives his consent to the processing of his personal data, namely the performance of actions provided for in the Laws of Nigeria regarding data protection, and confirms that by giving such consent, he acts freely, of his own free will and in his interest.

The User's consent to the processing of personal data is considered specific, informed and conscientious.

The purpose of processing personal data is to provide the User with the services described on the Site.

This consent of the User is recognized as executed in a simple written form for the processing of the following personal data:

• destruction;
• depersonalization;

This consent is valid indefinitely from the moment the data is provided and can be withdrawn by the User by submitting an application to the site administration indicating the data specified in the Law "On Personal Data".

Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data can be carried out by sending the User an appropriate order in a simple written form to the email address [email protected].

Changes and additions may be made to this Policy from time to time and without prior notice to the User, including when the requirements of the legislation change. In the event of significant changes to this Policy, the Company will post a message on the Site and indicate the date of entry into force of these changes. If within the specified period the User does not refuse to accept them in writing, this will mean the User agrees with the corresponding changes to the Policy.

The law of Nigeria shall apply to this Agreement and the relationship between the User and the Site arising in connection with the application of the Agreement.
